If you love old houses, this is absolutely a must-see. It was original in every desired way, and updated where needed (smart TVs/door locks and a glamorous bathroom). Every surface was perfectly clean. The bed was very comfortable, and the sheets were so soft. It was within walking distance to a park, the downtown strip of shopping, drinks, food and sweets. We did not want to leave!

This place is wonderful! Spacious and immaculately clean rooms. Plenty of room in your suite and in the common areas of the house. The neighborhood is quiet, but it is just around the corner from all the shops and restaurants of Monroe. This is a wedding venue, so everything is over-the-top nice for the lucky regular overnight visitors. Staff is super friendly and helpful as well. This will be the place we stay when we come back to town.

We reserved three rooms at Sparrow Grove Manor to travel in from 3 states to attend a relatives funeral. My Sister is beyond picky and when I told her one of the rooms had a bathtub in the bedroom she said "that is mine!!!" She loved her room and said it was "Four Seasons" standard. My Cousin and I reserved two other rooms on the same floor and we were equally impressed. My Sister's room had a lovely seating area with a big screen so we all watched a game after the funeral and had a beautiful visit. The Manor is exquisite and every detail was like a Four Seasons. Made our trip special.

The accommodation was extremely clean and very well organized. Although I was initially a bit concerned because it is an older house, everything exceeded my expectations and was completely satisfactory. The bed was very comfortable, and the location is excellent—restaurants, markets, and cafés are all conveniently nearby. Whenever I visit this city again, I will definitely stay here👍

Sparrow Hill Manor is beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and in an excellent location a short walk from town. I enjoyed my suite, the dining room, the backyard, and the rocking chairs on the front porch. The manor was the high point of my time in Georgia, and Kristen was so accommodating of my shifting schedule.

I've stayed here once before and had another trip planned as a birthday gift for a friend. At the last minute my friend had a family emergency and could not make the trip. Kristen was very understanding and reached out to me to let me know the cancellations had been taken care of and to wish my friend's family well. We need this level of kindness in all our daily exchanges! Thanks Kristen. I look forward to rescheduling our trip soon. The inn is charming, clean, luxurious and comfy. Monroe is a cute town and makes a great a day trip from the Atlanta area.

Travel plans brought us to a family gathering near Monroe, Georgia so we went on-line to seek out lodging for our stay. Looking through the usual cookie-cutter results, we noticed a unique venue that hinted at an experience far beyond the ordinary chain hotels. A wedding venue that offers room accomodations when not booked for weddings is unlike any place we have ever stayed. And the Sparrow Grove Manor delivered on that promise by offering a comfortable stay in an elegant manor at a relatively affordable rate. We were fortunate to have found this jewel of place to call home for a few days. We would definitly stay again if our travels bring us anywhere close by.
